Delivery in Nairobi

We deliver across Nairobi by courier at a flat rate, shown at checkout before you confirm. We will message you to agree a time.

Collection

Collection is by arrangement. Choose it at checkout and we will be in touch to sort out where and when.

Outside Nairobi and overseas

We ship further afield by quote. Ask about the piece before you order and we will price the shipping for you.

Returns on pre-loved pieces

Pre-loved pieces are old, and we describe their condition honestly, including photographs of any wear. If a piece arrives and it is materially not what the listing said it was, tell us within seven days and we will put it right.

We cannot take a piece back because its age shows in a way the listing already described. That is what “with character” means, and it is why we photograph the wear.

Damaged in transit

Photograph it before you unpack any further and send us the photographs the same day. We will sort it out.
