What we hold, why we hold it, and how to ask us to stop.

This is a plain-language summary. A full notice under the Kenya Data Protection Act is being prepared and will replace it.

If you buy something

We keep your name, phone number, email if you gave one, and your delivery address, along with what you bought and what you paid. We need these to get the piece to you and to answer questions about the order later. We keep payment records because we have to.

If you join the waitlist

We keep your email, your name if you gave one, which collections you asked about, and when you agreed to hear from us. We write only about those collections. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and asking us to stop is enough.

If you offer us something to sell

We keep what you send us so we can reply and, if we go ahead, so we can pay you. We do not ask for identity documents and we do not want them.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for advertising.
  • Our analytics are cookieless and do not identify you.
  • We do not put your phone number into third-party tools.

Asking us to stop

Write to us through the contact page and tell us what you want removed. We will do it and confirm.
