Our Story

Some of the most beautiful things are found when you least expect them.

An illustrated Kenyan kiosk: a green stall with a yellow striped awning and a painted sign.

The KIOSK nrb was born from an appreciation of beautiful objects, African creativity and the people whose hands bring ideas to life.

Inspired by the familiar Kenyan kiosk — a place of discovery, exchange and everyday encounters — we imagined a contemporary space bringing together art, craftsmanship, design and lifestyle.

A place where different worlds meet. Where an artisan’s creation finds a new home. Where an artist’s work reaches someone who truly appreciates it. Where beautiful and unexpected things come together.

Our focus is on celebrating Kenyan talent and working with artisans to develop original designs, while also discovering distinctive objects, materials and inspiration from across Africa.

We believe that creativity deserves to be seen, craftsmanship deserves to be celebrated and beautiful things deserve to be shared.

Welcome to The KIOSK nrb.
