The short version, in plain words.
Every piece is sold once
Pre-loved pieces are single objects. An edition is a fixed, numbered run, and each number is sold once; the run is not extended. When a piece is in someone’s basket we hold it for fifteen minutes; if they do not complete, it comes back. An order is only yours once it is paid.
Prices
Prices are in Kenyan shillings and that is what you are charged. Any US dollar figure is an approximate conversion at a fixed rate, shown to help you judge, not to bill you.
Descriptions
We describe pieces as accurately as we can and say how confident we are. Where we know something, we say it. Where a seller told us and we could not verify it, we say that instead. Where we do not know, we do not guess.
Payment
We take payment by M-Pesa. Your order is confirmed when the payment is confirmed, not when the prompt appears.
